This piece contains Drs. Booker T. Washington and George Washington Carver's First Day Covers, which are the oldest African-Americans to be honored on United States Postal Stamps. It also has the silver half dollars designed by the  renowned sculptor, Isaac Hathaway. These pieces were circulated by the U.S. Mint as legal tender from 1946-1952. The coins now have a minimum value of approximately $15.00 apiece.
